Пришла мысль, что надо посетить другой сервис, где и выяснилось , что был удален только катализатор, а сажевик остался на месте только теперь без автоматического прожига, что и привело к его полному закоксовыванию. На законную претензию было сказано, что сервис где все это выяснилось — полное фуфло, а они молодцы и претензии не принимаются.
